STANCHION FIT BARS

FOR WIDER LOAD PLATFORM:
Basic Configuration allowing bars to extend through stanchions for maximum load platform.

  

OEM RACK STYLING:
Cut bars to appropriate length to fit between stanchions. Molded plugs fill Pass-Thru openings to dress off stanchions.

EURO STANDARD CROSSBARS
Euro-Standard (20 mm x 30 mm) tempered aluminum crossbars (180 lbs load carrying capacity per set) accept most Perrycraft, Mont Blanc, Thule® and Barrecrafter® equipment carriers and accessories. 

 

 

 

 


MOUNTING OPTIONS
For Vehicles without Roof Racks

PAD MOUNT TRACK MOUNT
Pads or tracks permanently attach to vehicle. Easy removal and reinstallation of stanchion/bar assemblies. Crossbar spacing is fully adjustable on track-mount system only.


 


PAD MOUNT:
Three standard bar lengths available in black powder-coat finish only: 55", 62" and 70".

TRACK MOUNT:
Nine (9) standard stock sizes available in black powder-coat finish only.

Easily Re-sized for custom-size fitment, or we can manufacture to specifications.


FIBERGLASS TRUCK CAPS
Special mounting hardware, part# HWSTTC-UV, is available for installing pad mount and track mount systems on fiberglass truck caps.

  
Upgrade Kits for Vehicles with "OE" Racks or Rails
Track Style
Increase the load carrying capacity of most OEM track style racks. Retro-fit brackets attach the SQ stanchion/bar assemblies to factory "track-style" racks.  (See Application Guide for specific models.)

  

CLAMP MOUNT BARS for "raised-side-rail" style racks, pickup bed rails and pickup bed flanges. Also fits Aventura and Dynasport racks and rails.
