If contacting us by phone, please have the following information available when you call: Order/Invoice #, Date of Order, Date Received, and Reason for Return.

If using our online contact form, please provide all pertinent information, such as Order/Invoice #, Date of Order, Date Received, and Reason for Return.
  You will then be contacted by our Customer Service Department via e-mail.  If approved, you will be provided with a Return Goods Authorization Number (R.G.A. #).  This number must appear on the outside of any returned product package, or no credit/refund will be processed.

All returns are subject to a 25% restock charge, depending on reason for return, at the discretion of
Perrycraft, Inc.

Returns must be freight prepaid.  Returns shipped freight-collect will be refused and returned to the customer.  The customer is responsible for all return freight/shipping charges.  No credit will be issued for these charges under any circumstances.
  We strongly recommend that you insure your product return in case of damage.  Any return with visible damage will be refused.  If concealed damage is discovered upon inspection, filing a claim with the carrier is the responsibility of the customer.  No credit will be issued for any product returned with shipping damage!
